On 10/5 my husband, Carl, and I took the party shuttle with [your tour guide] Richard. Carl shot [this] spectacular view of the Statue of Liberty at sunset, between the rigging of the schooners down at the seaport.
[Richard] is a great tour guide - don't ever let him go. We would not mind having him as a guide again if we ever get to NYC and I have already told the hotel to recommend him and your tour.

New York City Party Shuttle
I spent the past weekend with three friends. I am a frequent visitor from Montreal, Canada because I have relatives living in Long Island and in nearby New Jersey but this is the first time that my friends are experiencing the sights and sounds of the Big Apple. With only two days to visit NYC, the New York Party Shuttle is a perfect way to give a bird's eye view of what makes New York City the capital of the world. The small number of people within the guided tour adds a more personal touch. For sure, there is an information overload to first-time visitors of what NYC has to offer. Nevertheless, it gives us the enthusiasm to visit NYC again. I will definitely recommend it to other people. Thank you for making our visit fun and memorable. Keep up the good work!

I took the tour last week when I was in New York for the first time. I
can only thank you for an entertaining, informative 6 hours. I had
made a list of all the things I wanted to see and do when I was in town
for such a short period of time. I had no idea how I was going to
cover such a long list in a short time. Boy did you make it easy for
me. The sites I wanted to see, you went to. Your trip allowed me to
spend the rest of my time in the city enjoying myself and not worrying
about having to see the attractions. The guide who was with us all the
way was a mind full of useful titbits about what we were seeing. He
got off with us at all the stops and put a story to the views we were
seeing. It is not often that I write to a company praising them, (this
is probably the first time), now complaint letters I'm good at! I'm
back in Scotland now, attempting to explain to my wife why it was so useful for me to go ahead and scout the place out while she stayed with
the kids. It appears that I will be back again with her at my expense
and we will definately be on your trip again.

Just wanted to pass on how pleased we were with the NYC Party Shuttle we took last Wed., 2/16.
The tour guide, Tom, was very friendly, courteous, and thoughtful (even suggested we stop at a drug store, allowing us to purchase an umbrella). He was also very knowledgeable about NYC. I particularly liked the "before" pictures he carried around with him, showing us how things have changed over the years. His agreeing to drop us off at places other than the final destination point, was most appreciated too.
Curtis, our driver, was very good too. He deserves a medal for handling the bus so well in all the crazy NY traffic, especially squeezing between so many vehicles and not scratching a one! It was a smooth ride!
An extra nice convenience and service was having the free water and sodas on the bus. Thanks a lot.
I would highly recommend the Party Shuttle to anyone who wants to get a quick overview of the city and has limited amount of time (like we did). I have a much better grasp on NYC now, so when I visit again I'll know my way around a little better and have a better idea of where I want to spend a longer time. This never would have happened, had it not been for the service that Party Shuttle provides.

My mum and I took the Party Shuttle Tour last week - and had a fabulous time! Even though we would have liked a few more "get out and look" stops, we enjoyed every minute, and would do it again! KUDOS to Kurt - the driver - he handled the shuttle very well in NYC traffic. TOM, our tour guide was full of information and made the tour very pleasant. What we liked the best, was by seeing ALL the highlights of NYC, we could decide next trip where we would spend our time. All in all the tour was WELL WORTH it. Thank You "NYC Party Shuttle"!!!!!

After looking at several tours on the web, I'm really glad we picked the Party Shuttle. Our guide, Tom was great--he knew a lot about NY, history, current events, fun stuff and shared all of it with us.
The shuttle was comfortable, clean and just the right size--we didn't have to sit outside in the freezing cold like some of the other tours we saw. The complimentary drinks were also really nice--you had whatever you wanted, whenever. No waiting and searching at the next stop.
We got to see everything we wanted and get oriented enough to plan the rest of our stay. The theater tickets feature was great,absolutely no line. We just walked right up, purchased and went to lunch.
I would highly recommend the Party Shuttle, even if you have been to New York before like I have. I was able to see more of New York than I ever have exploring on my own.

Comments: This is to submit customer feedback on a tour that we took 3/12/05. Tom was our guide. It was fantastic. First trip to New York for all of us (3 adult women and 1 teen age girl). The safety of having a guided tour was a big plus for New York Party Shuttle. Didn't just get dropped off and picked up. Tom was with us every step of the way. He knows everything about everything!!! Like the water and soft drinks available on the shuttle. Lunch choice South Street Seaport is really a fun place. All of the Chinese places offer free samples. Hit all the important places and/or heard from Tom what's good to do while visiting New York. Would advise this for anyone who is there for the first time. Well worth the money. A very full 6 hours!!! Thanks Tom, you were great!

We had an awesome tour guide. His name was Robert and we really enjoyed the tour as well as his company. He did a superb job in detailing the city for us. It was very interesting and educational for our son. We are planning another visit in June for pleasure. This last trip was medically neccessary for my wife to recieve treatment at Memorial Sloan-Ketterling. The tour really helped us relax and take our minds off of her condition. She is doing well now. My parents are also planning to make the trip with us in June and we will be taking another tour with you guys. My only suggestion would be maybe to stop for lunch at the soup diner (soup nazi). We are big fans of "Seinfeld" and "Law and Order"

Hi! My name is Lisa. I'm from Erie, PA. My four friends and I were in New York City on April 29, 2005. We had only 12 hours to spend in the" Big Apple" so we wanted to make the most of it. I found your shuttle and booked a 6 hour tour. I am writing to let you know what a great time we had. We really were able to see so much of the city in such a short period of time. The shuttle was intimate and comfortable. Our driver and guide, Levi and Robert were surperb. They were very attentive and quite informative. It was the perfect mix of a walking and sitting tour especially since we had driven all night and didn't get much sleep! We were the only ones [in our group] that got to see so much of New York City. We had to do a little bragging. We recommended your tour for their next visit. Thanks again for making our trip so memorable.
Booked NY Party Shuttle for Sat May 14 after many worries about booking a weekend trip to New York for 8 females. Found NY Party Shuttle through a NY website link. What a great find. I was nervous about reputation and booking from the website. I did not need to get to NY with 7 others looking for a bus that never showed up after all had paid me. However, NY Party Shuttle could not have been easier. We bus location pick up was 1 block from our hotel which was great and as soon as we sat on the bus and watched the red buses go by we instantly knew we had made the right choice. Tom and Levi were great and Tom is the best at keeping the group together while providing a world of information. We had a few people who complained a couple of times and Tom did great handling those concerns as the same person kept complaining and was on all of our nerves. Anytime from here on out I will book the shuttle with Tom as he tried his best to find an available seat for our 8th person who originally had not intended to go on the tour and she is still sorry she missed it after hearing from all of us how great it was. So as you can see, there were not any extra seats. Three buses were all booked. I could go on and on, and normally do not write reviews, however, if I help others make up their mind to book the New York Party Shuttle with no worries you wont be sorry. I'm so glad you have this comment line. My 2 sisters and brother-in-law and I were in NYC on May 10 and took your tour. Mark was a fantastic tour guide. We had the greatest time and enjoyed all the people with us. Mark was so nice and showed us alot. If we had it to do over we would in a heartbeat. Just wanted to express our sincere thanks to Mark and Curtis for our May 27th NYC Party Shuttle group tour. The New York Party Shuttle is definitely the way to see NYC for the first time. Mark, our guide, was terrific...very knowledgeable and friendly. He really takes pride in his tours being enjoyable for everyone. Our driver, Curtis, was a pro on the packed Manhattan streets. He didn't honk his horn once, although I'm sure he wanted to....if not for any other reason, just to blend in. The bus itself was nice too...not one of those double-deckers where you are out in the elements. We saw lots of people on the top deck of those wearing thin rain ponchos during a cold, breezy afternoon rain storm. Not where I'd want to be!
We hit all the highlights, never once felt rushed and we actually learned the history behind the landmarks. We absolutely loved it and recommend it to everyone. It was the highlight of our trip and we hated to see it end.

Hello,
Just wanted to drop a note and say thank you for the New York tour my wife and I took on Saturday 28 May 2005.
I booked the tour from your web site whilst at home in the UK.
The bus turned up on time and the driver navigated the NY traffic excellently throughout.
The tour guide, Mark, was extremely knowledgeable and answered questions from some of the more demanding passengers with ease.
The thing that really impressed was the guides passion about his history of New York.
He handled the street hawkers outside the World Trade Center firmly and made sure they didn't hassle the group, something that was really appreciated.
The tour itself lasted a little over 6 hours and provided us with a great overall view of New York. We were only there for 4 nights, so from what we saw on the trip, we were able to identify the points of real interest to us and visit again later.
The free refreshments came in handy as the temperatures were well into the 80's, though on the bus, the air conditioning kept everyone cool enough.
Thanks again for a really worthwhile trip. I'd certainly recommend it.

Was thrilled with this tour! In early April, I got to spend a short 24 hours in New York City (my first visit), and was dying to see all I could in a short time. I took this tour on April 10th along with my 9 year old daughter and my mother. It was perfect! It was the solution for our time crunched schedule, was so informative and although we saw an amazing amount, we also never felt rushed. Our guide was terrific about making sure we were able to get good pictures and had a lot of tid bit info to share regarding 'his' New York. We were scheduled to take the tour on June 14th but you were able to get us on the bus on June 13th. I must say that Patrick was a GREAT tour guide. He pointed out everything and more that we were supposed to and wanted to see. Our driver, Levi, was WONDERFUL. I must also say that anyone who can manouever a van in that traffic deserves a medal. Thank you Patrick and Levi for a wonderful day in NYC. I just wanted to add my comments to your website regarding our excellent recent tour with you.
I deliberately booked this tour for the first full day we had in New York to help us get our bearings and decide which places might be worth a return visit.
I cannot thank Tom and his driver Levi enough for the excellent day they gave us. Tom was full of really useful information, and was able to answer just about every question I had. His tips on where to go for the best view or when not to go to certain locations were priceless.
If anyone is in any doubt about whether to book this tour or one of the boring open topped red buses, let me say this. I can think of no better way to spend 6 hours discovering New York. The bus was superb with free drinks laid on in plenty, and not just bottled water either. The weather was in the upper eighties and I am soooo glad we had our air-conditioned bus to return to after each stop. I could see the mugs in the red buses really wilting under the heat. Another plus is that our low shuttle bus was able to transit through Central Park, a feat the double-deckers could not emulate because of the low headroom in the tunnels.
I had only two disappointments on the day. Firstly, it was only 6 hours and I am sure Tom could have shown us much more. Secondly, I was disappointed to see that no-one else bothered to tip Levi the driver who had for most of the day skilfully positioned our bus in such a way that our views from both sides were not obscured by other high vehicles.
Do book this trip. It's worth every cent,........and don't forget to give Tom and Levi a decent tip for their dedication to your enjoyment.

I had the pleasure of taking your 6-hour tour last week with my wife and two friends. I'll confess that when our friends were booking our trip I was in favor of doing the double-decker bus tours. Boy, was I wrong! I've taken many tours around the world, and yours was easily the best. I can't imagine a better overview of New York's main attractions.
Your shuttle bus was just as advertised and was driven by a real pro who took great pains to make the ride as smooth as possible. The free refreshments on board were very welcome on a day that was in the mid-nineties.
I particularly want to praise our tour guide Mark. He had the wit of a comedian, the knowledge of a historian, the vocal strength of an opera singer and a warm, welcoming manner. The breadth and depth of Mark's expertise was truly impressive. If there was a question he couldn't answer ? and answer in depth ? I must have missed it. I am a retired college history professor, so I have a good idea of the amount of work and dedication it took to possess that kind of knowledge.
Our friends said that they learned more about New York in those six hours than in the five years they had lived there in the 1980's. The next day we took Mark's advice and had the wonderful pizza at Grimaldi's in Brooklyn and worked it off by strolling back to Manhattan over the Brooklyn Bridge at sunset.
Thanks again for a most memorable day, and keep up the good work!

I (Chris) am from upstate New York and was asked to take a 17 year old girl from Czechoslovakia (Marquetta) to NYC for the day (August 6, 2005). Her dream has been to see New York City.
Although I have been to New York several times, I felt that we would not be able to easily see a majority of the sights in one day. I "took a chance" on the Party Shuttle after seeing your webpage.
Our tour guide, Mark, was absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable. His love for the city was readily apparent and he answered all questions with ease. Curtis maneuvered through the traffic without honking his horn which alone is a feat in NYC. It was fantastic to have a guide talking to us and not at us for the entire tour. My foreign friend gained much more knowledge of the sights than I could ever have provided, and I learned a lot also. Also, the tour combined just the right amount of walking and riding.
We were informed well in advance of a change in the initiation point due to a street fair. Yes, a live person (Lindsey)actually left a message on my answering machine and also emailed me. Also, thank you for providing the water and soda.
Marquetta said throughout the day, “My dream is coming true. This is the best day of my life.” So, thank you, NY Party Shuttle. Your tour and staff are excellent, perfect, excellent, professional, excellent....and oh, yes, did I say excellent! Trust me...it’s THE WAY to see NYC.

Our tour with Lori was excellent! She is funny, knowledgeable and an outstanding ambassador for New York City. She does a great job of sharing her "passion" -- a strong one she admitted. The number of stops was just right and getting out to walk around made it an active rather than passive experience. Our driver, Curtis, did an amazing job of getting us in and out of more traffic and construction than we have ever seen in our lives. Before arriving in New York Linda Small had gone on the Internet and found your tour package interesting and reserved a spot for the three of us. We went on the tour and what a tour we received. Our tour guide was Mark and how lucky we were to have him. From the time Mark started talking we could tell right away we were in for a treat. On top of the fact of how knowledgeable Mark was about facts and history, he had such a pleasing personality and you enjoyed being around him. We are telling our family and friends to sign up for your tour package instead of taking the upper-decker buses. They certainly couldn't be as good as what we had!!

My friend and I took your NYC tour last week - 11/16/05 - and we were AWESTRUCK!!! Our clean, comfortable bus (with great windows for seeing the sights!) was at the designated location and right on time. Ronnie, our driver, was the picture of patience as he navigated NYC traffic to drop us off and pick us up at each stop without a glitch. The star of the show, however, was our fantastic tour guide, ROBERT!! His passion and love for your great city was complimented by his vast knowledge of its landmarks and history. His excitement was infectious... and his heartfelt words will stay with us for a long, long time. We felt as though we came to NYC as strangers, but left as friends - all because of Robert's talent and enthusiasm for sharing his city with us! We experienced New York Harbor and the Statue of Liberty as the first immigrants did so many years ago; we felt the hustle & bustle of Wall Street; the majesty of NYC's grand cathedrals and tall buildings; the visual overload of Times Square; and the sadness and hope that surrounds Ground Zero. Your tour was the highlight of our stay in New York - and I will recommend it to anyone who wants to see New York City's finest sights while being treated as a special guest. I just wanted to say that my out of town friends and I had a great experience with the tour we took on 12/22/2005 at 3pm. Ike did a great job letting us know the details of all the sites we saw, and was very friendly. My friends were from California and they got to see a lot in a short time and it was nice being the holiday season and all. We even walked over to the Christmas tree after we got dropped off. Even though we didn't get to see Wall Street because of all the traffic due to the transit strike and the additional congestion, it still all worked out okay because we stopped for a while at Ground Zero and my freinds appreciated that very much. My husband & I along with our friends from Florida toured NYC with Robert as our guide. I am writing to say that Robert is the BOMB! He is the first & last word as far as we're concerned in tour guides. He is so knowledgeable about NYC & yet he is very accomodating. Whenever we tour NYC we will request Robert over & over again.
