South Street Seaport

South Street Seaport is on the southern tip of Manhattan Island on the water. The Seaport offers museums, shopping, dining, a fish market, and one of the largest collections of historic sailing ships on display to the public. The view of the Brooklyn Bridge alone makes it worth a visit.
The New York Party Shuttle tour stops at South Street Seaport for about 45 minutes to give you time to grab a snack, purchase Broadway tickets, and, of course, see the seaport. There won't be time to eat a big meal or to tour the museums, but you can scout out the area to determine whether you want to return to the Seaport later on your own time.
The TKTS booth at South Street Seaport is a great alternative to the Times Square location. It opens earlier, the line is usually non-existent, and it has every benefit the Times Square location does. Your tour guide will show you where the booth is and will give you time to get some tickets.
