Dakota Building
Designed by Henry J. Hardenbergh (who incidently also designed The Plaza Hotel), the Dakota Building is famous for once being home to John Lennon and Yoko Ono. The building itself was built in the 19th century, and is located in the heart of New York, just a hop, skip, and a jump from Central Park.
